Abstract: (62 Views) |
This document presents an anthology of the life, virtues, teachings, and miracles of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (AS), the sixth Imam of the Shi'a school of thought. It is based on a rewrite of the classic book Muntaha al-Amal by Sheikh Abbas Qumi. The text covers his birth, his physical and moral characteristics, his profound scientific status acknowledged by Sunni scholars, selected sermons, miraculous events, his confrontations with the oppressive Abbasid caliphs (specifically Mansur), his martyrdom, his children, and his loyal companions. The narrative highlights his role in solidifying Islamic jurisprudence and his unique approach to training scholars and guiding the community during a tumultuous political era.
