Familiarity and Alienation with God

Humans possess an innate nature imbued with Ma’rifah or divine cognizance and as a result, they have an inherent awareness of God. However, due to their multitudeof engagements, they also grasp onto a thousand other connections and diversions, and what results from this state of diversion is "negligence" and "forgetfulness." To deal with forgetfulness, the present article deals with reminder which is a shared trait among humans is their acquaintance with and aloofness from God and leniency which stems from the common trait of weakness found in human beings.
