Fitrat which is given to the all mankind by God is the basis and foundation of Divine theology as the real gnosis of God would become something impossible without it. In this essay the most important characteristics of fitrat by citing some Hadiths and Qur'anic verses are fully described of which are the following: A way of gnosis and recognition of God, God's creation (not man's action), explicit, clear and unambiguous recognition, simple and not compound and heart-related. It is the only true gnosis and the basis of divine faith as well.
