The Companionship of the Quran and the ‘Itrat and its Role in Resolving Differences Related to the Understanding of Religion

The author, in the light of the Hadith of Thaqalayn, examines the necessity of referring to the prophets and other divine proofs for the correct understanding of the Book of God from several perspectives. First, by referring to innate knowledge (Ilm-e Matbou') and heard knowledge (Ilm-e Masmou'), he points out the ambush of Satan in the path of understanding religious truths. Then, he considers the existence of difference in the understanding of religion, considering the status of the Prophet and the successor to be the resolution of difference in all affairs, not just practical wisdom. Furthermore, this resolution of difference takes form in the context of the free will and power that God Almighty bestows upon the human being at every moment. Subsequently, as an example, he shows ten cases of difference between the perspectives of human sciences and revelatory texts regarding monotheism and human behaviorology. The author, at the end of this discourse, concludes that the Quran, with its sciences, especially its monotheistic truths, is the clear proof of the Prophet.
