In the work place, the basic assumption is that each person expects fair compensation for one's efforts and the corresponding recognition for those efforts. At the start of the third millennium, the world is, in some ways, entering a time of economic disarray. Some of the world's troubles probably arise because of the lack of understanding those basic rules of human behaviour, Principles of Morality and Ethics.  Al-Sahifah al-Sajjadiyah, as an Islamic reference and religious book,  is a celebrated collection of supplicatory prayers attributed to Zayn-al-Ābedin <a href="http://www.iranicaonline.org/articles/ali-b-hosayn-b-ali">Ali b.
