This text presents a Shia theological perspective. It argues that the Imams possess divinely granted knowledge of the unseen (`Ilm al-Ghayb`), which is an essential aspect of their leadership (`Imamah`). In response to why Imam Ḥusayn proceeded to Karbala despite foreknowledge of his martyrdom, it explains he was fulfilling a specific divine mission and script, choosing to reject humiliation and enact a necessary revolution for Islam's salvation. His foreknowledge did not override his duty or free will. Finally, it states that asking for needs from the Imams is not polytheism if they are seen as intermediaries to God, not independent deities.
