A Look at the Verse 59, Surah An’ām

The author, based on verse 59 of Surah Al-An'ām and an explanation of its key words and phrases, refers to the various types of ghayb (the unseen) and the Kitab Mubin (the Clear Book). Drawing upon the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), the author concludes that while a portion of knowledge has been made accessible to humanity at large, the greater part of it—pertaining to the causes and effects—has been exclusively granted to the Ahl al-Bayt. This knowledge falls within the domain of the Qur'anic sciences. |
